Hordus

The famous Hordus Restaurant is a ‘super-buffet’ containing a supermarket and a unique perfumery of Dead Sea products. The restaurant is well known for its burgers and other tasty cuisine that characterizes a fast-buffet. Furthermore, groceries, cold drinks and snacks can also be bought on site. The restaurant is located on the main concourse of Ein Bokek and behind the central beach, on the south side. In the outdoor area of the restaurant, you can sit comfortably under parasols and enjoy the sea views and clear air.

Michal’s Kitchen

Michal Luzon has been cooking her whole life and has successfully turned her passion in a  profession.   She creates a flavorful experience for tourists and visitors to the area.  Anyone staying in Sodom Square or the surrounding area can order Michal’s dishes directly  to their room.  The food is homemade and includes elaborate breakfasts. Everything is cooked and crafted  by hand, including the perfectly baked bread.  Special foods typical of the desert include matafuna, a chicken stew with root vegetables  cooked in the ground with coals in a large pot.
