Aroma

The “Aroma” chain started out as an idea in the minds of two young Jerusalemites, who dreamed of an Israeli espresso-bar.

Today, the chain has over 130 branches throughout the country. These include a coffee-roasting house, a bakery, and a vegetable and sauce factory, all owned by the chain.

Located in the Petra Mall within the Ein Bokek complex, the Dead Sea branch offers seating next to an expansive lawn, that makes an enjoyable vacation seems like an absolute certainty.

Michal’s Kitchen

Michal Luzon has been cooking her whole life and has successfully turned her passion in a  profession.   She creates a flavorful experience for tourists and visitors to the area.  Anyone staying in Sodom Square or the surrounding area can order Michal’s dishes directly  to their room.  The food is homemade and includes elaborate breakfasts. Everything is cooked and crafted  by hand, including the perfectly baked bread.  Special foods typical of the desert include matafuna, a chicken stew with root vegetables  cooked in the ground with coals in a large pot.
