About

Kalia Beach Camping, Dead Sea

When you reach Kalia Beach in the northern Dead Sea, you break away from the noise of the regular world and enter a vacation atmosphere with a different mind-set, in front of a Genesis-like landscape, at the lowest place on earth.

Apart from all of the on-site amenities, you can stay at the huge beach campsite.
The complex has 2 levels – an upper level and a middle level for picnics and accommodation. The place is spacious and shady, suitable for the whole family.

Guests staying at the beach campsite can enjoy the rest of the services offered by the beach (some at an additional cost):

You can immerse yourself in the Dead Sea in comfortable conditions: there are chairs, sun beds and sun-shades all along the beach that has a well-maintained infrastructure, toilets and hot showers, lockers and towels.

A restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, serves delicious and varied food, even the lowest bar in the world is located on Kalia Beach. The bar has a Mediterranean aroma, with delicious flavors to pamper you and with pleasant cozy seating nooks.

The beach also provides indulgent treatment-rooms with a variety of treatments, and shuttle-transfers from the entrance of the campsite, to the beach itself.

You can stay at the campsite at the following times only: on Israeli Holidays (including the full week between Passover and Sukkot Holidays), and on Friday nights – all need to be booked in advance.
