The Herods Dead Sea Hotel is part of the Fattal chain. A new, luxury spa hotel on the shores of the Dead Sea, invites you to an intimate, quiet and luxurious vacation.
The international designer – Andreas Neudahm – designed the hotel. He drew his inspiration from the rainbow of shades that can be seen across the surface of the Dead Sea at sunset. A rainbow of turquoise, green, blue, brown and gold tones.
An exclusive experience is to be had from every detail and touch. From the marble stones and colorful mosaics embedded throughout the building, in the meticulously decorated rooms, from the highly professional service and in the hotel’s rich facilities.
The hotel has 223 rooms, 6 of which are large and luxurious suites. Some rooms have private access to an adjoining pool.
Room types: Executive Rooms with jacuzzi or pool and garden, Premium Rooms, Accessible Rooms, a Presidential Suite and a Junior Suite.
Culinary:
For a fine culinary experience, the hotel offers a variety of options:
The hotel’s “Panorama” Restaurant serves a fine buffet menu with frontal cooking stations.
In the “Rothschild Bar” – a bar-restaurant in the hotel lobby – you can order from a rich dairy menu while overlooking the hotel’s pool and the beach. The bar serves alcoholic beverages and delicious, sweet desserts from the hotel’s patisserie.
Next to the pool is the Snack Bar, which serves a meat menu, a selection of salads, ice creams, soft drinks and beers, all accompanied by pleasant background music. (Open during summer months only).
Next to the Dead Sea water pool at the hotel’s Spa, is the “H BAR”. A special bar serving natural juices, shakes and yogurts in a variety of flavors, all while relaxing in the sulfur pool or during a calming treatment in the Spa.
If all this is still not enough then, for a perfect pampering experience, there is also a VIP lounge designed for guests in the luxury suites and rooms. The lounge serves dairy meals, seasonal fruits, soft and alcoholic drinks, and more.
Hotel facilities and other services:
An adjoining, well-kept, beach surfaced with a wooden deck, awaits you. The beach is equipped with parasols, sun beds and relaxation areas, so that you can enjoy the virtues of the Dead Sea.
For hotel guests, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, suites and public areas of the hotel.
In addition, guests can spend time at attractions and in activities for the whole family.
Children will have a fantastic time at the “Fattal Kids” Club (open Friday and Saturday only) and in a fun children’s complex (open all the time).
Together, you can enjoy movies, workshops, performances, games, Pilates, Yoga and more.
And if you feel like it, you can take a bike, free of charge, and cycle off into the horizon…
Parents of toddlers can use the Welcome Baby service, which includes everything you need for your baby on vacation…
For the traditionally observant, a selection of religious services are available, upon prior reservation.
For the Body & Soul
The vacation would not be complete without a visit to the Vitalis Spa complex. A luxurious and unique complex offering:
A variety of pools: the 36ºC Dead Sea water pool, sulfur pools heated to temperatures of 35-38 ºC, a freshwater pool open all year round, and a covered children’s pool. A Turkish bath, dry and wet sauna, a variety of quality treatments and massages, mud treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, and a solarium facility.
Guests can pamper their skin with cosmetic treatments at the beauty salon.
It’s possible to keep fit, even on vacation! You can play tennis, work out in the gym and go to Pilates, Zumba and Aerobic classes, at the pool.
Conferences and events can be held for up to 200 guests.
Due to “Purple Tag” Covid-restrictions, and Ministry of Health guidelines, there may be changes in the provision of services in certain facilities at the hotel.
